Samsung dispatches fix for Bluetooth issue in S8, S8 Plus

Samsung has revealed that its recently released Galaxy S8 is enjoying an early boom in the weeks after release, selling at nearly twice the rate of last year's Galaxy S7.

The current Galaxy S8 is considered one of the huge milestones of Samsung.

The phones are selling for $724.99 and $824.99, respectively, which is the same price that Samsung is charging.

Moreover, the 2K curved AMOLED "infinity display" in simple words is the best smartphone display we have ever seen on a phone.

Samsung's white paper will contain detailed analysis on areas of research and development (R&D), parts, production, inspection, mass production, marketing, and sales involving the Galaxy Note 7 device, according to a translated report by Chosun Biz. The phones top bezel shows several slots for a selfie camera and an iris scanner, while the design overall indicates that Samsung is sticking with the 18.5:9 aspect ratio, featuring curved screen, and a almost bezel-less design. Most phones look the same and more or less do the same thing, incrementally improving core functionality year on year.

Popular benchmarking portal DxOMark has given the phone's camera an overall DxOMark mobile score of 90 - that makes the HTC U11 the highest-rated smartphone camera it has ever tested. There's also a slight lip on the front of the case that protects your S8's display from face-down drops.

There's not much to separate the two smartphones when it comes to the power-packed hardware that lies beneath. Under the hood, the Galaxy Feel is said to rely on the Snapdragon 660 processor with 6GB of RAM. The phone has a 2600 mAh battery capacity. Notably, all of the other specifications are similar to its predecessor.

Even though the update has kicked-off, it doesn't mean all Galaxy Note 5 units in the country - or region for that matter - will receive the update all at once.
