Of course, it wasn't just the Champions League Real Madrid got their hands on this season. It was the team's sixth title since the competition's new format was created in 1992, two more than Barcelona. This club is the biggest ever in Champions League history.

From there the squad headed to the club's Santiago Bernabeu where a capacity 81,000 fans are expected for further celebrations, including a lights show and firework display.
