The logo reads "WW84", which possibly suggests the upcoming film will be set in 1984.

As you recall, the first film began in modern times, then flashed back to 1917 when Diana Prince first became known as Wonder Woman. Of course, the main culprit is likely the overall quality of the films, but one DCU picture stands plainly above the rest: Wonder Woman.

It reads "WW84", which could mean Wonder Woman '84.

Jenkins also changed the background of her Twitter account to feature the logo. However this reveal confirms specifically what year the film will be set in. Pedro Pascal, last seen playing Javier Peña on Netflix's Narcos, is also among the newcomers joining the Wonder Woman franchise. Rumors about the film's setting surfaced a year ago, claiming it will take place during the tail end of the Cold War and see Diana battling against the Soviets. It grossed more than 821 million dollars on a budget of 149 million dollars, breaking records for a female-directed movie. The film has a script by Jenkins, Johns and Dave Callaham.
