A few weeks ago Samsung had recalled over 2.5 million Galaxy Note 7's when the lithium-ion batteries inside the phones were reportedly overheating and catching fire. According to The Verge , Southwest Airlines flight 994 from Louisville to Baltimore was evacuated on Wednesday during the boarding process after a smoked Note 7 was spotted. (more...)

According to the report, of the 97,783 greyhounds bred in the last 12 years-which amounted to between 48,891 and 68,448 dogs-were killed because they were deemed uncompetitive as racing animals. In a new Today show segment, Al Roker walks viewers through Prince's Paisley Park museum ahead of its temporary public debut on Thursday. Platts price for Petrol shot up by $13.33/metric tonne (2.74%) to close at $496.64/metric tonne, while Diesel price saw an upward adjustment of $2.34/metric tonne to close at $410.50/metric tonne; representing a rise of 0.57%. The Department of Energy released a statement announcing an increase in petrol (93 ULP and LRP) will be increased by 44 cents per litre; 95 ULP and LRP will increase by 43 cents per litre and diesel by 23 cents per litre.
