In a February interview , Voronenkov condemned Russia's annexation of Crimea and said he had to leave the country because he was being perseucted by Russian security agencies. Ukraine's chief prosecutor, Yuriy Lutsenko, said Voronenkov was shot in the head, neck and stomach and died on the spot. Barclays said it "complies with the rules and regulations in all the jurisdictions". The New York state average is still sitting at $2.43 per gallon. This time a year ago gas prices were down an average of 28 cents. That's about 33 cents more than it was at the same point a year ago. AAA found self-serve, regular selling for as low as $2.05 per gallon and as high as $2.39. Prices will begin to rise if West Texas Intermediate benchmark crude oil prices can get back above $50 a barrel and stay that way, Jenkins said. (more...)

The Pentagon had to report that publicly.
