Photos posted to social media show passengers walking along the tracks in a dark subway tunnel, using their phone flashlights as a guide. The train was 200 feet from the 125th Street and St. 'This does not look like a failure on the part of the equipment, ' Lhota said. 'The brakes went into emergency and we need to determine why'. Randolph eventually admitted she broke the window of the auto to make it look like an accident , according to WFAA . and used a profanity to order them out of the vehicle. She said they climbed into the auto by themselves and locked it from the inside. Not-guilty pleas were entered for Helton to charges of attempted murder and felonious assault. Authorities say Saucedo didn't know the other victims. Saucedo was a bus driver for the city of Phoenix through a temp agency for several months in July through August 2015, Phoenix police said. Since that time, Saucedo has been implicated in the death of 22-year-old Jesse Olivas, who was killed in a drive-by shooting on January 1, 2016. There's now a marginal risk for severe storms Tuesday evening, with the main threat being damaging winds and isolated large hail. The former governor of Georgia succeeds Tom Vilsack, who led the U.S. Department of Agriculture for the past eight years and who endorsed Perdue as his successor once the former Georgia governor was nominated by President Trump. Over the coming year, Purdue's main task will be working with lawmakers on the next five-year farm bill. The current measure expires in 2018.
