Astronauts Thomas Pesquet, of the European Space Agency, and NASA astronaut Shane Kimbrough are scheduled to use the space station's robotic arm to capture Dragon when it arrives at the station. Dragon was only seven-tenths of a mile away from the space station when the Global Positioning System error was detected. The Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) has reported a preliminary count of 6,620 manatees in Florida waters.
